DHS understands that there have been issues with some entities accessing the Federal Cares Act reporting portal. For entities who are awaiting access to the portal, you will still be able to enter your information past the January 8^th deadline.  DHS is tracking the requests that were submitted for these issues and once you are able to gain access you will have 5 business days to enter your required information. DHS will continue to work through the user access issues that have already been submitted to our attention.  Please be patient to receive notification that your access has been granted.
