Dear Providers,

Due to the closure of the Scranton State Office Building and the ongoing COVID-19 mitigation efforts we are asking providers to immediately stop sending correspondence via fax to the BHSL Northeast Regional Office at 570-963-3018. We are no longer able to check the faxes at this machine. 

As such, we kindly ask you provide all notification via email to ra-pwarlnortheast@pa.gov so we may promptly address your correspondence. 

If you are unable to submit your correspondence via email, please use the fax number 717-213-6619 so they are properly received.
