DOH has created a vaccine provider map that can be found here. This is to ensure individuals currently eligible to be vaccinated (Phase 1A) have publicly available information to schedule vaccine appointments. The map will be updated as more locations receive vaccine.
Just a reminder that stakeholders are encouraged to provide feedback on the Pennsylvania COVID-19 Interim Vaccination Plan through the online Vaccination Feedback Form.
