This communication is intended to provide clarifying information regarding the new platform and processes for the Medication Administration Training Program. 

Please review the attached announcement from the Office of Developmental Programs. The announcement contains information and instructions on accessing the new platform, as well as a link to a recorded overview webinar.

For technical issues related to the training platform, please visit the MA Helpdesk. For additional questions, or if you are unable to log in to the helpdesk, you can may call 1-717-221-1630. 

While various technical issues have been reported and response times for helpdesk tickets may be longer than normal, the MATP technical team is aware of the issues and diligently working on solutions. If your helpdesk ticket it closed without resolution, it will be re-opened and you will be notified when a solution has been implemented.
