PCH/ALR survey Financial Resiliency Study

Dear LTC leaders, 

COVID has had a tremendous financial impact on Pennsylvania’s health care system. To better understand the lasting impact of COVID, the PA Department of Health has initiated a financial resiliency study of Pennsylvania long-term care facilities.

To complete the study, we kindly request you fill out the following survey by Thursday, August 5thThis survey requests key financial metrics for your facility for FY19 and FY20.  A list of metrics requested in the survey can be found below. Facility-level responses will be kept confidential; any analyses and reporting will be done in aggregate. We expect that this request will take no more than a few minutes.
