Mike Conallen

Commonwealth Strategic Partners

PALA welcomed Commonwealth Strategic Partners in 2020 to assist with advocacy efforts in Pennsylvanian and Washington DC.
Mike is a highly skilled public servant with nearly 30 years of experience spanning the courtroom, the battlefield, and the halls of Congress. His diversity of experience creates an uncommon skill set and resume full of success that he uses to benefit CSP’s clients as Director of Pennsylvania Operations since 2019.

Jack Kane

PALA General Counsel

Jack is a principal with Offit Kurman Attorneys At Law. He serves as counsel to Pennsylvania based and multi-state behavioral health and developmental disability providers, a public behavioral health managed care organization, community health centers, assisted living communities, personal care homes, health care consulting organizations, and individual health care practitioners. Jack's prior experience as counsel for the Department of Human Services benefits all PALA members. He assists PALA with regulatory compliance and legislative issues in Harrisburg.
