The award recognizes individuals who have provided outstanding residential care in personal care/assisted living through their service to residents and family members.

Administrator of the Year 2019
Lori Greer, UPMC Sherwood Oaks
The award recognizes Personal Care Home and Assisted Living Residence administrators who have demonstrated outstanding leadership through their dedication to their staff, residents and families they serve, as well as, the personal care and assisted living industry.

Best Practice of the Year 2019
All Day Dining, Juniper Village of Forest Hills
The award recognizes Personal Care and Assisted Living communities who create innovative programs or unique approaches to provide the best services possible to its residents, employees, guests, and local community.
