On April 27, 2021 the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) updated their Long-Term Care (LTC) Facility Testing Requirements for Staff and Residents and their nursing home visitation guidance.  DHS is strongly encouraging all Personal Care Homes and Assisted Living Residences to implement this new guidance immediately.    DHS will issue updated Guidance reflecting this guidance shortly.
